About Rosina Sharrock

My name is Rosina Sharrock (Rosie, to some) and I am a Virtual Assistant to small business owners operating in events and hospitality (and beyond!). I work in order to help others achieve their core business goals – I pick up the tasks that stop them from achieving their objectives and I make them happen – quickly, accurately and professionally. Why must your core business suffer at the hands of time consuming, peripheral - yet essential, tasks? “My Core Business Is Ensuring That You Achieve Yours.” My professional background is in Event Management, both venue and supplier side, with specific experience in live entertainment events, weddings & celebrations, business events including conferencing and fundraising events. I also have a background in hospitality having been a part of our family public house business for over 12 years. In 2015, I chose to give up Event Management exclusively, in order to work more flexibly and most importantly, virtually. I have a personal desire and drive to help others who work hard to make their business fly but just don’t have enough time to give focus to certain areas or to try out new things. During time out-of- the-office, I spend my days exploring with my son Bodhi and my husband, Richard. Things I do ‘for me’ include reading, running, eating Mexican food and drinking fine wine(!). What I most want from life are experiences and fun – my work life is a huge part of that and that’s exactly why I’m doing what I do now.
