Jennie Lee is the author of True Yoga: Practicing with the Yoga Sutras for Happiness and Spiritual Fulfillment. A Yoga Therapist who has shared the healing benefits of classical yoga and meditation with hundreds of clients over the past 17 years, Jennie uses the practices she writes about in True Yoga to help people conquer anxiety, depression, grief, stress, and challenging relationship dynamics. An expert in the field of Yoga Therapy, she is known for her practicality in applying yoga philosophy to life. She has coached a wide variety of clients from celebrities to CEOs, doctors to military officers, and more. She leads workshops and retreats internationally and her writing has appeared in the Huffington Post, Mind Body Green, Yoga Therapy Today Magazine, and numerous other wellness publications. Her coaching is available by phone and Skype, or on the island of O'ahu, where she lives and surfs with her husband and teenage son.
